Our apartment was very clean, furniture and equipment were in good condition. The apartment was spacious. It was possible to park the car right by the entrance. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Great value for the price. No frills but we had everything we needed and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Conveniently near Rila Monastery.

* The only truly positive part of our stay was the hotel hostess. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.
* The breakfast lunch boxes were also good and well prepared.
* Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing.
* The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the springs pressing into my ribs throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.
* The pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
* The entire room and hotel felt very old and outdated.
* The shower was unpleasant to use. There wasn’t even a shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere.
* It was also very difficult to adjust the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, with almost no comfortable middle ground.
