We loved our host Ayoub who was kind and helpful from beginning to end. He had great recommendations for local food and activities. The riad is also very well located in the old town of Marrakesh.
We stayed in a private house right next to the main riad. The images shown online were of the main riad which is a more beautiful house. The images also show a jacuzzi so we were of the impression it was our private jacuzzi. In reality, you need to pay extra for it. When we wanted to use it at 20:00, we were told it was too late because neighbors complained about its noise. So we felt like it was falsely advertised

Sobre todo el trato del personal hacia nosotros, lo higiénico que era el Hotel, la bienvenida que te dan y se interesa mucho en ti para ayudarte a que tu experiencia en Marrakech sea mejor y para ayudarte en todo lo que necesites.
La verdad es que todo era de 10, pero por poner alguna mínima pega, que la presión de la ducha era un poquito baja, todo lo demás es un 10.

El personal, todos allí son maravillosos y te hacen sentir comodísimo.
Está alejado de la plaza pero es un barrio donde tienes muchísima demanda local, entonces puedes hacer y tener prácticamente de todo. Al final es el barrio antiguo, y tiene un encanto maravilloso.
