Perfect location for access to Parsennbahn for skiing (a few minutes walk) and the service in the spa was great
Spa often full during our stay (also with children) so was less relaxing in some areas. Food was nothing to write home about

Lovely atmosphere, small and private with fantastic staff throughout. Maria at the reception was ever so helpful and kind. Mimi at the bar was a funny guy who made me feel very welcome. The food at the bar and Stübli was exceptional so kudos to the chef!
The outdoor jacuzzi was lovely but was overlooked by the hotel and adjacent building. Could be some more privacy. Room was a little warm for my taste.

Staff was very flexible and considering guests needs. You really feel there like your wishes matter. Hotel interior is very pretty, sauna area big and the pool very nice. It happens really rarely that I stay in a hotel where absolutely everything meets the expectations and here it was the case.

location and nice Swimmingpool . service and menu in Bar 1868 on the first floor
very poor gym, without towels and water. I was asked before arrival if I have any food allergy I mentioned gluten and lactose, however each day I had to ask separately to get bread which baking takes usually 10-15 minutes. no lactose free product on the buffet. when ordered omelette without cheese and milk I received one with cheese.
