The location is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. Ms. Naz was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. She kindly upgraded our room and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her exceptional hospitality truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Big room, acceptable location
Lack of maintenance in general, bathroom and toilets are too small and tight, small TV and not smart one, gym and pool not well equipped and cleaned and they have problem with airflow in the reception of the pool
