Fantastic location, the views from the Pensiunea are spectacular with decking sofas and loungers on the grass. The place was spotless and the hostess was extremely helpful and friendly.

Magical location with view to mountains and trails on the doorstep which was the main reason for staying here, fridge in room, powerful shower, can get a taxi from train station to location for 60 RON, hosts were friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast.
Beds were too hard for us but that's a personal preference, would have been nice to have a dust pan and brush in the room and would have preferred if there was an option to add breakfast when booking (budget around €20 pp/day for buffet breakfast, cash preferred)

The location has all the facilities, the hosts are very welcoming, the view is breathtaking, everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The wi-fi conection could be improved.

Well, if you are looking for a stay with a stunning view then look no further. I can see the view being the big draw to this hotel, it certainly was for us. My disappointment with this place started upon arrival, we arrived at check in time (14:00) to find there was no one to greet/Welcome us, I had to walk around a desolate hotel to find a cleaner in one of the rooms who proceeded to check us in, thought I'd arrived at the Overlook hotel.
Although spotlessly clean I felt that the place had seen better days, staying over two nights, we only ate once in the restaurant and that was breakfast. I was charged 80 lei (£13.17) per person and only cash was accepted. The breakfast was OK but was definitely not worth £40/Euro 47.55 for the 3 of us. Probably one of the most expensive meals we had in a four day stay in the area. I think the stay was overpriced along with the food. Our hotel the previous two nights had a stunning breakfast included.

Not the hotel's fault but >The tar Mac Road runs out 10 mins before the hotel, so you have to navigate a winding mountain pot holed road to get there----- I have never given less than a nine rating !
