Need some more attention to guests requests

I stayed at this hotel recently and here's my take. The place is in a great spot, super easy to get to places from there. The rooms? Nice and clean, which is a big plus. It was pretty quiet too, though that might've been because not many folks were around. The people working there were mostly really friendly, which is always a nice touch. Special thanks to Marcel our waiter.

They didn't have soap in the room. Had to ask housekeeping for something to wash my hands with, and they gave me this random tube of something. Also, the breakfast situation was a bit of a mess. They offered it when I checked in, but then the next day, no buffet because there weren’t enough guests. They didn't even have a simple set menu as a backup. The bar was another story. They have a lot of alcoholic liquors in the bar and I wanted to get a cocktail, but nope. The menu didn't have any, and the staff, including the bartender, weren’t much help. So, yeah, while the hotel had its good points like the location and clean rooms, the extra fees, missing basics, and the breakfast and bar issues were a bit of a letdown.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone after our experience here and certainly will not be back.

Room was clean

Wet floor at outside toilet where I slipped and hurt my knee, back, head and shoulder very badly. There was no signage to warn people and floor was light colour and hard to tell it was wet. Laundry service very poor, we put in our laundry on the Wednesday afternoon we arrived and we were still waiting for it to return on our check out 2 days later on the Friday morning. This service is also very expensive for such a slow service, we paid 299 000 for no a lot of clothes. My partner also has a sore back from the very hard bed and pillows.

Beautiful

The staff is really helpful and smiling. The hotel is wonderful, very clean and cozy. The breakfast Is good and Rich.

The swimming pool Is a Little bit small and there aren't sunbeds.

Excellent location, nice rooftop terrace and nice eateries nearby. Relatively quiet for sich a central location. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel very close to Plaza Indonesia in Jakarta

It’s a lovely old Dutch Colonial building and very pretty throughout. The room was massive so plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. Great bakery / cafe shop in the lobby so fresh pastries and cakes every day. Very close to the Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia too.

Amazing stay

We had such a good time. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everybody is kind and eager to help. I really recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the restaurant inside! All meals and breakfast are delicious.

Good

Location was good, close to shopping areas. The hotel was comfortable, breakfast good. We stayed for a very short period so cant elaborate more. Very clean. And we enjoyed the afternoon high tea on the roof top.

Fantastic I’m very happy

I like the room is big but there are noisy water pump you can hear all the time morning evening night and water come big and small big and small same same all the time.

Improvement is urgently needed.

Strategic places with many options around the hotel. Spacious room and very nice TV options.

I stayed here 2x already, but: 1. The breakfast varieties stay limited 2. Only 1 elevator is available. This time, the light was under maintenance. It slows down all check-in and out processes! How long will you keep the 1 elevator policy? It doesn't make sense. 3. I was in rooms 606 last year and 506 this time, which is nearby with the storage room for cleaning. Loud enough, keep hearing the roller and staff talks. Avoid this room number! I really consider not to come back again due to these 3 unchanged policies

Very good

The location is great, near the main road but not in a crowded place. There is a coffee shop in front of the hotel. The swimming pool is not big, but it's okay. There's Netflix, it's nice. Nice and helpful staff.

Very pleasant stay!

The manager Made and her staff went above and beyond to meet all our requirements. Rooms are huge, solid walls, very quiet, and amazing staff!!! We had such a pleasant experience with the room, service and facility. Very very pleased!

Your best all-around choice to a non-5 * hotel.

This hotel is centrally located for purposes of our meetings and visits to places of interests. Wide varieties of food are available in the vicinity. Within walking distance to popular shopping centres. Staff are very accomodative and always responsive to our special needs. Always concern about all aspects of our stay. Specific mention is Ms Sissy. Will surely choose this hotel for our future visits to Jakarta.

This has to be the location of the swimming pool. It is too exposed to incoming guests and diners at the ground floor restaurant.

A nice stay in the heart of Jakarta.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially Tamara. A decent amount of room space and completed with a nice size of bathtub. Breakfast was delicious even though quite limited variations. But, their pineapple and dates jam was very delicious and unique.

You can hear noises in the alley and room next door. When we stay there, a bunch of people from a big family are staying next door, and we can hear their kids screaming and shouting from our rooms.
