Tudo! As instalaçoes novas,limpas e belas. Tranquilo e confortavel, com tudo o que se precisa para cozinhar também. As vistas maravilhosas e muito perto do centro e onibus.

Las escaleras jaja pero estaba bien claro que había que subir el morro para apreciar ese paraíso...

Tudo muito limpo! Muito próximo do centro, que facilita muito!

Muita escada, mas eles avisaram com antecedência!

A acomodação é bem completa. Quarto com ar condicionado e cozinha com geladeira, fogão microondas e galão de água disponível. Cama confortável com TV e banheiro bem espaçoso. Wi-Fi muito bom (minha esposa precisou ficar um dia trabalhando em home office)

A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar (teia de aranha e mofo no teto). Apesar de não ter estacionamento, foi bem tranquilo deixar na rua. São muitas escadas, mas nada que seja exaustivo para quem faz alguma atividade física.

Apartamento iluminado, limpo, tomadas em todos os cômodos, cozinha equipada, bem no centro de Angra. Anfitrião responde rápido, bastante prestativo.

Ausência de cabideiro, pois como estávamos a trabalho, não tínhamos onde pendurar as roupas. Também sentimos falta de suporte para toalhas/roupas no banheiro. As escadas, mas isso já estávamos cientes.

A beautifully decorated apartment with lost of space and a well designed layout. It is very clean, wifi and air conditioning work well. It's walking distance to both the speed boat and the ferry piers as well as several restaurants.

This apartment is probably the best available in Angra dos Reis. Everything needed was there. Superbly clean, kitchenware just about brand new. Totally safe. Can you walk to the ferry port? Yes, if you are comfortable pulling/carrying your luggage. Allow 20 minutes.

There are about 100 steps to climb to reach your apartment. JUST BE AWARE. On a pouring wet night, with heavy luggage, need I say more??? But, but, would I choose here again? 100% yes, it's a fabulous apartment.

Filipe was a great host and we were very happy to stay at one of the apartments :) He even let us use the bathroom to shower after our boat trip around the islands which was after check-out. My favourite part of the apartment was the view outside the window with green trees and sound of birds around you!

Some kitchen supplies were missing (like bowls). But for the rest everything needed was there!

It was clean and very modern, good cooking opportunities and a good place to relax.

The toilet seat should be replaced with a new and clean one. I ordered an appartment with sea view but the view was of the city and a bunch of threes was covering for the sea view.
