Zwei Terrassen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, engagiert, erreichbar und hat sogar einen ersten Einkauf in der Wohnung bereit gestellt (Saft, Milch, Brot, Wurst, Käse, ....).

The flat was spacious, beds were comfortable.
Housekeeping came weekly and changed bedding and towels, and cleaned right through. Air conditioning in both bedrooms made sleep during the heatwave much easier, and a floor fan in the lounge was sufficient for the daytime. The small front balcony is lovely for sitting outside. Rear balcony great for drying bathers and towels etc.
There is a lovely big fridge/freezer.
There is a lift to the property so transfer of luggage and shopping was very easy.
The shower cubicle is quite small, so a larger person may find it difficult, but it is suitable for most people, and has good water pressure.
The only thing missing in the apartment was a washing machine. We used the utility sink to hand wash clothes and dried them on the line on the rear balcony.
The owner was sure to let us know that there is a laundry service just down the street, which we could have used, but we choose not to.
An A/C unit in the lounge would be an added bonus, but there is a large floor standing fan so it wasn't an issue - just preference.

Netter Empfang, im Kühlschrank waren Getränke und Toast sowie etwas Salami.
Alles in allem sauber.
-Es handelt sich um ein Mehrstöckiges Haus, nur der oberste Stock hat die Dachterrasse wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.
Wir waren enttäuscht, als wir nur 2 kleine Balkone hatten.
-Die Küche ist sehr dürftig eingerichtet.
