Some of the staff was very helpful, one in particular was almost rude though.

View was spectacular

The room could have been a lot cleaner, as well as the flasks they used to give hot water. It was also difficult to find as google maps kept trying to take a short cut that did not exist. Best to get location from hotel. And then remember to turn at hotel white nest

Terrible

The place was neither fully equipped with basics but the hotel also hosted a bunch of hooligans who didn’t sleep until 2 and were drunk and loud.

Plesent stay with beautiful views of snow capped mountains

Location is extremely good. Family room was spacious (2 interconnecting rooms). It snowed a little on the night... was too cold into (-ve) Celsius. View from the room is a zillion dollers

Bed, lenin and quilt need proper cleaning /care. It was passable at best. Interiors are old and room passable.

Wonderful view

The view from the top floor is breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and the staff pretty friendly. Apart from this small con, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was not upto the mark both in taste and service.

Good rooms, bit overpriced

Its located next to the village and has beautiful views. The rooms and washrooms are clean. The food service is fast, but taste is average.

The staff although available at a ring, were really noisy at night. Our room was next to the reception and we could hear a lot of noise from staff noise till 11pm. But they were helpful in moving around cars for our early checkout

Enjoyed with lot of pursuation for room infrastructure and facilities

Though property is good but approach to the property is difficult which should be properly disclosed. Secondly infrastructure like geyser, wash room etc need huge improvement. Otherwise it is located in ideal place

View is the only Highlight

Only the location in respect of its view. It wasn’t easy finding the property as there are no signs and Google maps also doesn’t guide to the property.

Rooms were not well maintained and neither were they clean. Had to request them to change the sheets coz they were not clean or fresh.

Worst experience of a hotel in my life.

Food was good, rooms clean.

Entrance poor, reception non existent, staff rude to say the least, location poor.No water in bathroom, staff not willing to give any added help.
