Ruhige Lage, moderne Ausstattung, toller Blick vom Balkon zum Meer. 25 min Fußweg bergauf nach Taormina.
Kein Flaschenöffner, keine Weingläser in der Küche.

I have a problem with this one as I did not get what I had booked. I've been using Booking.com for 15+ years and I'm genius Level 3 and this is the first time this happens. I had booked a 2-bedroom appartment with a jacuzzi and I got a 3-bedroom appartment with no jacuzzi. Of course the flat was too big for the 3 of us and my family was quite disappointed no to be able to use the jacuzzi after a long day of walking. Talking to the owner over the phone, I was offered a refund if I wanted to cancel the booking but what do you do at 7pm ? so I stuck to it... said that the flat is comfortable and spacious. It was very clean as it seems to have been recently refurbished (except the kitchen area). The location is ok-ish you can hike up to Taormina in 30min or so but nothing amazing. The view is indeed spectacular even if we did not see the sunrise as advertised (clearly not the right time of the season). Off-street parking was available.
so overall not so bad but it would have been good to get what was advertised.
