El señor que te recibe es increíblemente amable y tranquilo. La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Mucho espacio para dormir, la cocina tiene todo. Tomar el café de la mañana en el balcón viendo el mar es un tesoro. Regresaremos pronto seguramente!

Il frigo con acqua e frutta fresca, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani profumato, la gentilezza della signora Maria, la posizione della casa.
Manca un tavolo per mangiare dentro, il rubinetto dell'acquaio schizza, la tenda della doccia non è funzionale...si bagna anche il wc e praticamente tutto il bagno. L'acqua ha un forte odore e sapore di ferro, forse per le tubature.

Das einzig negativ war die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Vor allem morgens ab 5 Uhr wurde man trotz geschlossner Fenster wach.

The location is good and, if you have a car, it is a convenient base for getting around and exploring the area. A car is definitely necessary, though, as the property is located directly on the main road.
On the positive side, the apartment is very spacious and definitely suitable for a family of four, with plenty of room to stay comfortably.
Unfortunately, the positives end there. The cleanliness of the apartment was seriously lacking: the different rooms had not been properly cleaned, the shelves and surfaces were very dusty, and there were also several cobwebs.
The washing machine, which is listed among the available facilities, was another negative point. It is located outside and shared with the other guests, but it was extremely dirty. It had probably been kept closed for a long time, as there was visible mould inside.
When we arrived, the apartment also had a strong smell of being closed up and damp. The lower parts of the walls showed areas where the plaster was starting to peel. The apartment is probably not used very often and had clearly not been properly aired before our arrival. Fortunately, by keeping the windows open and the air conditioning on, the worst of the unpleasant smells disappeared within about 24 hours.
Overall, however, the lack of cleanliness was the main issue and, for this reason, it is not a property I would personally stay at again.
