Nagyon kellemes maga a szállás, nyugodt, új stílusú. Jól felszerelt szobákkal, kényelmes ággyal, nagyon jó kilátással rendelkezik.
Nagyon jó, hogy ingyen parkolási lehetőség mindenkinek adott a szálloda saját mélygarázsába, ahova lifttel tud az ember lemenni.
A személyzet mosolygós és nagyon jófej. A fenti kilátó terasz kifejezetten hangulatos.
A szobákat minden nap rendbe rakják, a szobához járó kv/tea készletet feltöltik.
A reggeli zseniális, nagyon sokféle étel közül lehet választani, bőséges, finom, minőségi.
Egy dolgot tudok csak megjegyezni itt, az az, hogy a fürdő/wc ajtaja egy ilyen elhúzhatós kis semmiség, tehát egy olyan vékony üveg "ajtó", ami semmi privát szférát nem generál a mosdóban tartózkodó embernek.

Durch das junge, freundliche und aufgeschlossene Team fühlt man sich von Anfang an gut aufgenommen.
Das zieht sich auch durch den ganzen Aufenthalt.
Ein gutes, abwechslungsreiches und frisches Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist schön und praktisch ausgestattet und es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Lage und die damit verbunden Aussicht waren sehr schön. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken entfernt. Das Fahrzeug kann ohne Zusatzkosten in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und gut. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich und bemüht seine Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

la colazione molto buona ma i posti a sedere sono meno rispetto alle stanze e arrivare lì e dover aspettare per mancanza di posti a sedere non è piacevole per una struttura a 4 stelle, anche se il personale si è adoperato per sopperire a questa mancanza.

Nos gustó todo. Las habitaciones son grandes , muy luminosas , con terraza, con vistas impresionantes . El baño tiene ducha . Está todo muy limpio . El desayuno muy rico y lo tomamos en una terraza preciosa . El personal muy amable , muy pendiente de ayudar.en todo momento. Tiene garaje incluido. Todo estupendo

Das Hotel ist blitzsauber, sehr neu und wunderschön. Die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi und Sauna ist sensationell. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und tadellos in Schuss. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Die Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums zu Fuß ist gut.
Direkt gegenüber ist eine Bar, die während unseres Aufenthalts bis 1 Uhr Morgens eine Party veranstaltet hat. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs waren, war an Mitfeiern leider nicht zu denken und selbst die dicken Fenster konnten den Lärm nicht draußen halten. Schlaf war daher leider sehr schwierig.
Die Familien Suite ist de fakto nur ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. In der Beschreibung ist dies auch deutlich erkennbar. Liest man diese aber nicht geht man beim Begriff "Suite" von zwei Zimmern aus.

The hotel is very nice and modern. We chosed for parking place and because is new. But we found a great breakfast with a perfect coffe.
They also have bicycles.
We don't have anything to complain.

Great location - easily accessible and underground parking (with chargers for electrical cars). Big terrace, bar downstairs with great drinks at good price. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable with balcony and great view. Overall highly recommended!

Free electric charge for the car was a nice surprise

We paid for the room in advance using a credit card through the booking website, but the clerk at the reception took credit from us for security purposes.
Now I logged into my bank account and I see that the charge for the hotel has been reduced by credit for the second time.

Modern new equipment, very comfortable beds, spotless clean, friendly staff, free underground parking. Pet friendly. Everything was really perfect. There is also a small pool on the roof, but it was turned off in November.
It was a little strange that there was a glass wall in a shower without door, so you can see person in the shower from the room. Not very convenient for groups, but it is ok in general.

The Hotel is located in a very nice area with extremely beautiful mountains. Amazing shower and breakfast is really good.
The only thing I would say is about the Parfum d'Ambience the use. On my first night, the smell in my room was so strong I couldn't sleep.
I am extremely allergic and it was bothering me a lot. So next day I wrote a Post It to the cleaning lady asking her not to use it in my room. It worked.
But in my opinion, this is a very particular thing not suitable for Hotels rooms. Hotel rooms should have neutral smell.
