Well maintained and good size rooms with available sofa bed, housekeeping is excellent , well maintained .
Not a complaint, but can be better . The reception team needs to communicate. I have booked 3 rooms and 2 room they provide upon my arrival at 4.30 pm, and the other room I agree to take it after some time as this wasn’t ready and they told me that it is under cleaning.
When I reach them at 6pm the reception mentioned that I have booked the room for one guest only and needs adjustment. I didn’t understand and I told them that this is incorrect as we are 6 adults and 2 kids and 4 of us already inhouse. Not sure how the confusion was.
And the check in time I requested to upgrade the package to half board they mention that they cannot. Instead asked us to check with restaurant directly and they are not sure about the pricing. Product knowledge or approach towards converting opportunity should be better as they lost us with dinner . I believe 6 adults and 2 kids Added to half board should have been beneficial for the hotel

It was near a few places we wanted to visit
Wardrobe had a dusky smell, it would be helpful if they air the wardrobe out before another guest arrives

Staff attitude and broken phone in the room. We had to call for everything water, dental kits, bathroom slippers.
