Staff is nice and friendly.
Great price to quality ratio.
Good location, everything around the center is walkable from here.
The shower is extremely temperature sensitive. 1cm of movement can be the difference between a semi warm shower and 60 degrees Celsius scorching heat, which does not cool down for like 30 minutes. Ensure to move the handle very slowly otherwise you won’t be able to shower anymore.
The pool needs maintenance and TLC, but we decided to not use it.
Would have preferred if all coffee options were included at breakfast, but it’s fine to buy them too.
Would have preferred if the hotel driver could ignore the phone while driving.

Great location in a quiet setting but quick walk to restaurants and the activity.
No fridge in the room and the mattress was a bit too firm. Would be nice if Indo food for breakfast as well.

The location is very close to all the main restaurants and bars.
It's quiet considering it's so close.
The staff were very responsive when things went wrong and did manage to get issues rectified quickly.
They have a brilliant social media person who shows the property in a great light.
The reality is a lot shabbier.
It's great to show a shiny property on Instagram, but it is inevitably going to lead to customers being disappointed when the property is not as fancy as it is made to look by a clever photographer.
We had various issues, a blocked toilet (twice in a week) the door key snapped in the door.
The balcony furniture was not comfortable and was broken.
We thought we had no hot water for 3 days, until we discovered that if you turned the tap the opposite direction, and left it running for quite a while, the water was very hot.
