Spacious room, clean and in a decent location considering how crazy Penida traffic is.
Restaurant on-site which we used 3 or 4 times.
The Wifi in the room was really really slow and the signal was very weak. We didn’t know until we arrived but the Wifi router is all the way over at the restaurant and honestly barely worked for us during our 4 day stay! We had checked with the owners before our stay that the Wifi was steady and a decent speed and were assured that it was good, so this was a big disappointment for us
The shower only had some hot water during two of the days but was only cold water the rest of the time.
When we arrived we noticed the shower gel and shampoo dispensers where empty so we asked for them to be refilled but this never happened during our whole stay unfortunately.
Seems like the cleaning staff lack some attention to detail.

Clean rooms and comfy bed.
Ordered scooter hire through the guest house. Scooter broke down with a flat tire whilst doing a day trip. Staff were of no help what so ever.. was completely stranded. Luckily a local family helped me with a mechanic to fix the scooter. No one came to pick us up or help despite calling multiple times, I had to pay to replace the scooter tire myself and then host got funny when we discussed money when I eventually got back to the guest house. Worst experience in Indonesia so far to be honest! I get things happen, but the lack of effort wasn’t appreciated
