Tutto assolutamente perfetto: posizione centrale in bellissima palazzina, pulizia, confort. L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione e tenuto benissimo, molta cura nei dettagli, nella scelta dei materiali. Molto apprezzati anche lo spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie e i giochi da tavolo! Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, molto apprezzate anche le cialde per il caffè (c'è la macchinetta, il bollitore e altri piccoli elettrodomestici di ogni tipo!). Il bagno è fantastico e dotato di finestra, l'appartamento è tranquillo, ogni ambiente/letto è dotato di propria aria condizionata e TV. Infine, Gianluca il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre davvero molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto con me che non avevo dimestichezza con il self check in- check out. Siamo stati in 3 e solo per 2 giorni, ma tutti piacevolmente entusiasti.

Very attentive host.
Comfortable bed.
Relatively easy access to the port and highway.
Kitchenette.
Apartment was clean.
Lift does not work, so if you have big cases this may not suit you.
Free Parking is not always easy to find.
Shower pressure was not good.
Bathroom gets wet when you use the shower because there Is an open space that is too close to the shower area.
Not much bench space in the kitchen.

Appartement très calme et sécurisé. Hote nous donnant toutes les informations nécessaires, bon équipement. Excellent rapport qualité prix, Merci!
