No Breakfast

Tea prepared near toilet, no cleanliness, no hygeine

Clean and location is just 1 min. Walk from station. Security is good.

Very small cubicles. In booking.com it is mentioned 4 bed dormitory but it is 6 bed dormitory... Above that, the toilet should have good air expulsion.. sometimes the smell comes inside room. Further the locker is not able to accommodate a trolly also.

Cleanliness of room.

Facilities + room service poor. Was shown a bigger room with a fireplace (apartment style) at the same cost in the photos but it was only one small room. Had to request multiple times for drinking water, no toilet paper, AC remote not working, TV all channels blocked. Room infested with mosquitos. Walls are not sound proof as stated in the description. Too much noise from the outside. Food arrived after 2 hours of placing order. Morning breakfast was pathetic. Room service was sad. Overall not worth the money.

Very good

Was very clean, spic and span, staff is very courteous and helpful.

There is no fridge in the rooms, also wash basins are too small in the washroom.

it was good location if you travel by local train ,

breakfast was let down because they don't prepare on the premises, and very little choices , because it was bought from outside by the time you get it in your room it was cold. so next day we only had tea and coffee which was prepared at the hotel itself.

The overall stay was ok. Comfortable room.

It was advertised as a separate living room and 1 bedroom. Heavily disappointed with the reality. Also, they don't accept international cards. Checkout was incredibly painful.

My experience of start was not that good

Breakfast? Plz when i ask ur receptionist he said no breakfast is served here,i have paid 2774 rupees for i day.stay with my wife,i came to mumbai for my official work,i am so depressed with ur receptionist work

First of all the receptionist, i m not sure abt his name was very rude,unfriendly,dont know how to interact with the guest,also i found the bedsheet and blanket was not changed,i observed the besheet and blanket was not cleaned,it was just rearranged,i was just.waiting for feedback email,the receptionist was.least bother to give.customer service,also when i askedfor the bill of restaurant,he said he cant give bill,and charged me with 10% service tax + restaurant 10% tax,its just a money making track,if i want to complain there is no person to whom i can complain with,i am traveling all over the world but belive me i never saw this type of service,i know your management will not take any action against ur staff,but i will recommend my followers on insta,twitter,fbk and company team think twice before making booking in Avirahi Hotel,kandivali.
