The apartment met all expectations for a 14-day vacation. Upon arrival, the apartment was spotlessly clean. We took over the keys without any problems from the owner (hostess). The equipment in the kitchen was completely sufficient. Wi-Fi worked great. I can hardly imagine a better location, the lake is a 5-10 minute easy walk, the grocery shop 5 minutes, and for those who are really hungry, there is a restaurant almost under the window. There is a parking lot in the yard, but I recommend parking in the back for easier access to the street, which can be very busy. An added value is that it is pet-friendly apartment. In case of questions, the friendly owner responds immediately. The only thing we missed, but which does not change the rating, is that there is no washing machine. But there is a self-service laundry Laundretti 5 minutes walk away, which is also OK,
