The bed is lovely. I like.
Location is good.
But your TV and the program need improvement.

Like the cleanliness, comfortable bed, great breakfast spread, nice spa facility and central location connecting to mall.
Extra bed cannot be provided, maybe due to limited space in the room.
Room aircon is cold despite adjusting the fan to lowest.

Strategic location, quite modern room, great varieties of breakfast food, hospitable staffs
There is only 2 lifts for guests, it would be interesting addition if the hotel could build another lift in front of aisle window facing the main roads
