I was blown away by the experience of the hotel and the way they went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. All the staff were so kind and helpful and went the extra mile wherever they could. The interiors and grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The room was so spacious and so many beautiful finishes and touches. The mini bar's initial stock was complimentary. Breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible - with an array of options from Vietnamese cuisine to more western options as well.There's plenty of pools and spaces to hang out (the pool bar was a highlight). The private beach access was lovely for a morning stroll. The nightly fountain show was fun. And the night club was also a fun activity for a Friday night. The Spa was divine. There's plenty of restaurants. It's definitely an adults playground and a great way to restore from a week in busy Ho Chi Minh.
Also, even when something didn't go smoothly, they would make sure to compensate - for example there was a mix up with me going to a Tai Chi class from the resort activities and they offered me a complimentary 1 hour paddle boarding.
For me the improvement point would be the body wash/soap - it seemed to be drying out our skin - although I've never really been to any hotels that I actually like the body wash etc.
Also, around resort activities communication could increase - as I didn't realize I'd need to book 8 hours in advance to do one. And then when I booked a 6am Tai Chi class it wasn't super clear how I was meant to get there on time etc and there was a bit of a mix up. But they definitely made up for it and still ran the class for me (even though the location changed and by the time I found where to be it was about 20 mins after the scheduled class) - and they also gave me a complimentary 1 hour paddle board to make up for it. Which was very appreciated.

Amazing staff and customer service through the entire property. Bus pick up staff, check-in, ginger restaurant - lemongrass restaurant - Bistro - pool side bar staff, the entire team at the breakfast buffet couldn’t have been more dedicated and exceptional. A really wow and relaxing experience. I want to personally thank so many staff members for going out of their way to create a smooth experience for friend with disabilities. I wasn’t expecting anything special but they showed kindness, consideration and immediately knew what to do given our circumstances. I would rate their service 10 stars.

Beautifully designed hotel, lovely rooms, great artwork and interior design. Excellent swimming pools.
Chinese restaurant dinner was amazing!
Other services and food was very over priced. However staff were fantastic.
