Le personnel est gentil, discret et serviable. C'est la Troisième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Ceux sont toujours les mêmes personnes qui vous accueillent le soir et le matin. Deux dames aimables et souriantes.
Pour ceux qui aiment les petis déjeuner copieux avec un choix infini étalé sur un buffet, ne prennez pas le petits déjeuner. Petit déjeuner servi par votre hôte à la française, pain, croissant, confiture, miel, Nutella, boissons chaudes et orange pressée. C'est suffisant et servi avec le sourire. Merci!!

Very good location (close to the metro, shops, and cafes), pleasant, quiet neighborhood (Montrouge). The hotel staff was helpful.
It's an old building, and you can feel it. The rooms are small, with no elevator, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, or cutlery. I think at least some of these things could be fixed. Like one bar of soap for three people for four nights, that's a little bit absurd. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear every whisper from your neighbors. In my opinion, the hotel is too expensive for the conditions it offers.

Location was far from the city centre but close to the metro. Be careful which exit you use, one has an elevator which is helpful with luggage, the other has escalators part way, but requires stairs the last bit up.
Staff were friendly and nice
The bed and pillows were awful, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor they were so hard!
The hallway lights didn’t always trigger on at night so I had to use my phone flashlight.
There’s no elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs or leave it with concierge, but be warned, your bag will not be watched at all times and when concierge is closed you will need to call for someone to access your luggage. This was not a problem, but caused a bit of a scare when the door was locked, while causing stress for the times when it was unlocked and unattended with easy access.
No kettle or coffee maker in the hotel room.
