Great location, nice rooms (we had a regular room and were moved to the studio for the second and third nights, the studio is much more spacious and includes a mini kitchen). Everything is nearby and the place is comfortable.
There is no reception or common / breakfast area which makes it sometimes a bit difficult to communicate (even though there is always someone on site, sometimes it is family or someone who doesn't speak English). This is a very minor inconvenience because they were all very nice.
There is also no seated breakfast (hard boiled eggs and biscuits are served in the room) but this didn't bother us.

The view is great.
The double bed was confortable.
Shower gel and shampoo were good.
-The equipment is poor: no kettle, no coffee machine, only one electric hob to plug in, no table inside, the outside table is very small (it is written that the studio is for up to 4 people but even for 3 it was complicated).
The terasse is big and the great view the best thing of the place so why not making it comfortable and practical?
-The owner told us (through Mery who was nice) that we took too many portions of the same food for breakfast whereas it was not indicated anywhere that we couldn't. It was toasts with a slice of industrial cheese and turkey so nothing complicated to do. We felt like she just wanted to save money and the studio is not cheap so we were not happy at all to feel that way. We were not amazed by the breakfast contrary to the comment we have read before booking. Breakfast was ok but not a good value for money.
(reheating some industrial bread and croissant doesn't make them "homemade" as it is written on the sheet to fill in).
-The owner sent her employee to our room to switch our AC off telling her we were not there, which was not the case so she entered liké there was nobody and we were there. Not nice.
