De ligging, het behulpzame personeel en het overheerlijke eten

As a family of 5 with 3 young children the staff at the Kalla Bongo were incredibly helpful and accommodating, particularly the manager Chandana who went out of his way to meet each of our requests and to ensure that we had a fantastic start to our Sri Lankan holiday. The peaceful resort has a beautiful setting on Hikkaduwa Lake with canoes which could be borrowed. The pool was lovely, clean and well-maintained and our kids spent a lot of time in there. The resort is only a short (5mins) tuktuk ride from the main town of Hikkaduwa and the nearest beach. Each morning we were served a very delicious and generously portioned breakfast of fruits, eggs, toast, jams, pancakes etc and each evening we ordered a tasty dinner from the on-site restaurant. We were so well looked after and when we visit Sri Lanka again we will definitely be staying at the Kalla Bongo!

Прекрасный отель, в очень красивом и тихом месте в 8-10 минутах езды от пляжа Хиккадувы. Отличное соотношение цены и качества - комфортные комнаты, тихий кондиционер, большой и чистый бассейн, вкусный завтрак. С удовольствием покатались по озеру на лодках. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал.
Надо настроиться, что иногда тук-тук придется подождать 15-20 минут, но персонал всегда помогает его заказать.
