Absolutely beautiful location with breathtaking views. The pool and outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing with a book, and the honesty bar for drinks and snacks is a lovely touch. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious and veggie-friendly, and the whole place felt very clean and safe.
Fred is an excellent host — friendly, helpful & welcoming. He's made a great digital guide full of things to do, places to eat etc. There are also lots of cats around, plus a donkey you can feed carrots to :) It really is an oasis of calm.
Nothing — I’d come back in a heartbeat & was gutted to leave!
The walk down to the city/beach is absolutely fine using Fred’s shortcut, but getting back uphill is definitely easier by car or taxi. The flat taxi fare of €15 before 10pm and €20 after 10pm made this very manageable.

We loved the aesthetics, the attentiveness of the host, the breakfast was truly exquisite, the view / area, the space, the animals. Fred, the host, is such a sweet and caring soul <3 xo
As most mentioned the drive up… but that’s classic Europe for you! Don’t rent a car in Europe if you’re a nervous / poor driver ;)

Lovely b and b situated high on the hills above Cefalu with amazing views
Great terraces to sit,enjoy and relax with a small swimming pool for guests
The host Fred is so helpful with great recommendations for restaurants and trips out. He is so proud of his villa and amenities and provides the most amazing vegetarian breakfasts
Couldn’t find anything to fault this property- probably the long way down to Cefalu might be a problem for some but Fred has a good recommendation for a local taxi firm

Our favourite stay of our whole trip !
From the start, Fred was beyond attentive and helpful with information upon check in. The accomodation was STUNNING ! We enjoyed the beautiful pool area overlooking Cefalù, the very cute breakfast area, the stunning entrance to the rooms and our room was so beautifully designed. Large bathroom / shower !! You can tell Fred has so much love for his home! We were warmly welcomed, given some amazing recommendations for food, beaches, parking, sunset lookout and places to watch the World Cup ! We were able to borrow snorkel gear and a beach umbrella as well which was a great.
Each morning we were served the most delicious, tasty breakfast ! We were also welcomed each morning by the neighbouring donkey which we thought was a highlight of our stay !
An eye to detail and incredible service, we WILL be back !!
