Beautiful pool, beautiful property, lovely and very helpful staff

Beds very hard, and pillows very bad, not supportive at all for your neck and quite surprising for a 4 star hotel. Also expected higher quality food at the restaurant and pool, though breakfast was great

The lush property up in hills above town was incredible. Felt like a special oasis.

I wish the beach shuttle ran more often to get to and from the beach.

The hotel is so beautiful, very luxurious and a good location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, great views and comfy beds.

Nothing, the only thing we would say is the dinner menu could have a few more options

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The gardens are breathtaking. The pool is a lovely, relaxing space. Breakfast was delicious - we especially loved the juicing machine and the choice of fresh fruit and veg to put in it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They give you a WhatsApp number to use - this came in very handy when we were struggling to get a taxi in town. The hotel organised this for us as soon as we sent the message. It was great to have use of the private beach and the shuttle bus was very welcome - we managed to get a space on it most of the time (they go every hour from 9:30 to 6:30 and there are 8 available spaces to book on each one).

Because you are quite a way out of town, you can’t just pop out for a snack. It would be great to see a more extensive snack menu in the hotel or at the poolside bar. The walk into town is ok but we wouldn’t have attempted the walk back so you need to budget for taxis (15 euros for each journey which sometimes only took 2 minutes) but we figured this was a small price to pay to be in such a beautiful and calm setting.
