We stayed for a week so really had plenty of time to get a measure of the place.
Luggage drop off was brilliant.
Location is really quite good and close to transport, not too far to the supermarket.
There's a nice amount of outdoor space.
We met lots of people as the rooms turn over most days.
We were grateful for the fan.
Shower and toilet were clean.
Luxembourg is a fantastic place to visit.
On our arrival day we had been travelling since 1am, the key was not ready until 3.40pm (I messaged for help but got no answer) and we were really tired.
The houses need some work, there's only 1 working hob in the kitchen, the doors need oiling, the downstairs sink doesn't drain.
We had a booking for 2 adults and 2 teens yet we were only given 2 bath and 2 hand towels.
Despite saying there's a washing machine, when i looked to use it the sign said the hours were limited and i had to ask permission. Another sign said 10€ so we didn't bother. I think the listing is misleading.

So, there were only 2 cups for the coffee. Which were not in the room. And those 2 cups for the whole building of 3 rooms. I had an early morning flight and the cups were not on the place someone from other room took them and never put back to the place were it was before. Moreover I checked in late which I mentioned before. There was no near by shop available where I can buy water. And there were no drinkable water in the building. It’s my suggestion if you can’t put the water bottles for free then put a wending machine so people can be entertained.
