The house is located on a site between ibitipoca village (8 minutes to 10 minutes by car). Ideal for those seeking tranquility and peace of mind. We are open doors and heart waiting for you! Welcome to our sanctuary !!! The house is surrounded by lush nature and has a beautiful view of the mountains. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and sofa bed and the other with double bed and a bunk bed, reversible room for bedroom. Two full baths with gas heated shower water. Equipped kitchen, pantry with table of six chairs and refrigerator, balcony with hammock and external space to make barbecue. Cars are parked in front of the house. You will have the opportunity to sleep with the noise of the water of the stream that passes in the lower part of the house and wake up with the bird orchestra. You can prepare your meals without compromise on time and not have to face waiting in restaurants on busy days. For those who like to have a barbecue you can do it outside the house and if you have that warm, you can take a walk to the small waterfall near the house for a refreshing shower. If you want tranquility, fresh air and nature enjoyment you are coming to the right place. The road from the road leading to the park to the site is 1300 meters, is a site road, whose most complicated sections are paved with concrete blocks. There are those who say that we only arrive with a drive car, however, 95% of our customers come by car and arrive and leave without problems. but it will all depend on the driver's experience and common sense. We have had the site for 38 years and for 13 years we have been working with hosting, so we have no interest in the client not arriving or being dissatisfied. And in case of need we will always be available to assist in any need. But rest assured, if you seek good energy, good spirits, nature ... you are coming to the right place. So ... Welcome to our piece of paradise. We will always be available to meet your needs. Whenever possible. and whenever possible you will be invited to have coffee or tea with us. Serving well is our motto. Our nearest neighborhood is the forest, the animals, with plenty of fresh air. However, restaurants, bars, bakeries and butchers are 8 minutes' drive from the site, although it seems farther from the road. But nothing to do the route more than once to realize that it is too close to have the reward of running away from the village movement. Public transportation comes from Lima Duarte City to the design village of Ibitipoca (28km- about 1:30 minutes). Until the site is necessary to hire private transport, which may be ordinary taxi or land rover. Some complain about access to our Paradise, but the road that leads to the gate of the site has much paved with concrete blocks, which allows any car to reach the site, thus recommended for taller cars. We do not recommend it for people who have excessive care with the car, because Lima Duarte's own access to Ibitipoca will have some not very good sections. For drivers who are used to asphalt can be a challenge, but nothing impossible, just obey the engine torque and follow our tips. Luckily today we get all sorts of cars, some extremely low, but they arrive smoothly when the driver has experience with dirt road, and when he gets to the site it will be worth it.
