Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. this airbnb for a few family members while they were in town for my sons graduation. The location turned out to be minutes from other family memebrs home which was convenient. It was spacious and comfortable enough and everyone slept well. It was moderately clean. There was some complaints on stains on cabinets & urine was in the toilet upon arrival. But overall it was a nice stay and my son was happy to see everyone.

Safety, cleanliness and comfort. The three things that you said were very important to you-were not present in this situation, at all! Safety was not demonstrated with the threshold at the side door that collapsed from dry rot when one of us stepped on it. The 10ft deep hole by the mailbox that an animal or small child could fall into is not "safe". I did not feel very safe with nothing but a sheer curtain in the bathroom that gave clear view into the shower. I believe that there were only five of the blinds in the whole house that weren't falling apart. The bed in the master that slanted towards the wall to the point that you slid out of bed was not comfort. The front bedroom where the bed covered the closed vent which made the room to cold for comfort. The floor in the third bedroom where it slopes two different directions in the bathroom was neither comfortable or safe. The futon sofa that you have specific spots to sit in without hitting the frame - was not comfortable. The round piece of furniture that is in the living room that was like sitting in a bowl - was not comfort. The pillow that looked like someone urinated on it - NOT cleanliness. The toaster oven that looked like something exploded in it did not demonstrate cleanliness. The grease on the kitchen cabinets that you tried to cover with paint was not cleanliness. The scuzz on the toe kick by the refrigerator is not cleanliness. The disgusting mess under the kitchen sink when I went to get a garbage bag along with the actual garbage can made me cringe thinking of what else I did not see. We went out and bought a coffee maker because I could not bring myself to use the one that was there. The hodge podge in the silverware drawer was laughable and we never saw the knife set that was shown in the pictures of which were not an honest representation of the residence. When you flood the room with light to the point that you cannot even see the color in the sheer curtains you can make anything look decent. Our backs hurt so bad from poor mattresses that when our plans changed we did not have a problem forfeiting a night of our stay. We have always been very happy with the places we have rented from other companies but it is evident that your company is in direct competition with the newest company as to who can rent out the worst places. I would question whether this property should be condemned or not. I really feel that there are more safety issues than I am aware of. Shame on you!!!

1. The house was filthy when we arrived and we had no other options to stay anywhere else due to the policies of VRBO. Since we had already been charged for the stay, we contacted the owner about the first few problems. The owner said they could send someone over to address the issues, but I did not want people in the house with my wife and children. We found a piece of, what looked like rotting fruit, in the closet window, smeared dead cockroach on the wall and the house was dirty throughout. 2. The shower in the room with two twin beds was gross. The shower in the hallway bathroom wouldn’t drain. On the third day there, my wife decided to investigate and, after wrapping her fingers with toilet paper, pulled a massive clog of hair out of the drain. Even minimal maintenance on the house would have revealed the problem to the owner and shows that the bare minimum upkeep is being neglected. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work. We had to hang an additional window covering in the master bathroom for privacy as the curtains in there were see through. 3. The blinds in the house are disgusting 4. On the last night before we left, the roaches came out to play. This was the last straw. We left EARLY the next morning. We couldn’t leave fast enough. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We’ve stayed in Columbus before in adorable older homes that were lower priced and CLEAN. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available when we made this reservation. 5. I had contacted VRBO to address the issues and found out that there is little protection for the renter. VRBO did not have any answers for me. During my phone call with VRBO customer service she contacted the owners with a three way call. The rep from the company that owns the house said they would review the complaints and contact me within 48 hours. I still have not heard from them. Consumer be ware of this house and VRBO. You are not protected by VRBO.
