Comfort Inn Columbus near Fort Benning

House keeping was so help and considerate to needs. Always spoke to us so nice. I hate to describe her according to color but right now I can't not remember her name at this moment but, I need the hotel to know she is a great worker. she had a (red cap on everytime she was working and she is white) and so friendly !!! I would be friends with her if we meet up on the street. LIke I said this lady is fantastic my room was 222 and I stayed Sept 4th to Sept 6th.I need her to know I appreciate your work ethics and how considerate you as a person. Thank you. FRONT desk clerk upon checking which was around 6:30/7pm on the sept 4th, was a younger black lady that also was so nice and attentive and respectful. Just because of these two works and the comfort of the room I will come back and recommend this hotel. PROs room,: bed very comfortable, 5 pillows square shap and comfortable. bathroom clean even toilet sink & tub area. Room very spacious great lighting throughout room. It was not a noisy hotel. I felt safe in and outside. We slept LIKE babies. AIR-CON worked great. Hallways where clean. Elevators ran quickly. They served decent complementary hot and cold breakfast choices. Cons : only one bag cart. Need to figure how to make sure after guess leave that pool which is within lobby and directly where people need to walk to get elevator. The water trail can really lead to a slip and get hurt. you need a mate that can absorb that water that's leading from indoor pool to hallway into elevator. Now I carry room spray always but your room do have a bamp smell. Not that It made me what to ckout but hotel need to work it out Or putt some type of absorting powder or something within rooms. But I walk with my sprays. Oh. Great location everything you need is with good distance driving and even walking. My Cons are not enough to Not come back or Not recommend this Comfort Inn.
