Southwest architectural styled single family home. Located in a safe upscale neighborhood just 2.6 miles from the International balloon festival. Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 baths, sleeps 12 (includes 2 sofa/sleepers), 2 kiva fireplaces, tub with jets in master bathroom, copper bathroom sinks in master bathroom. Heated stone floors in common area. All accommodations of home, complete furnishings, 3 Televisions, cable and internet . Memory foam beds and pillows throughout, New quality bedding and linens. Fully stocked kitchen,for the family or guests. Two coffee pots, a traditional which makes several cups at a time as well as a Keurig with individual pods. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer supplied complementary. . Laundry room, complimentary washer/dryer detergent supplied. Two luggage racks in each bedroom closet, coat hangers, laundry baskets in each bedroom to dispose used linens. Area rugs. Patio area night lighting to bring the night ambiance with comfortable patio furniture. Fire pit with 7 Adirondack chairs to roast marshmallows around or converse by fire light. Backyard gazebo with table and chairs for outside meals. Volleyball net/ball area. indoor activities, books, board games/ puzzles to enjoy. No regrets about enjoying the accommodations offered. If you or your family or group requires special needs or essential supplies please feel free to make me aware in advance. If the home is missing something that you need that will make your stay more convenient or appealing email me and I will try my best to have it there. Excellent place, quiet neighborhood, very clean and accomodating but???? Beds were the most uncomfortable, gave us back aches, ridge line in the middle of the bed, lumpy mattress, master bedroom and larger bedroom, both had very bad mattresses, but all in all, everything else was great, Id stay there again, if they wood change the mattress

My family commented multiple times what a blessing this house was. We were all together which made it really nice. I was really hot in the afternoons but the back yard has a large cottonwood tree that provided abundant shading through a majority of the day. We never used the firepit but we did sit around it. There are ten chairs and it was a great place to congregate. We also sat on the porch a lot too. Most of our time was spent in the kitchen and living room. Linda provided great communication. We would certainly stay there again if needed. The family loved the house and it was a lot of space. I was the only one that rode a bicycle. It was just to hot! The owner has provided 5 bicycles to use. The door code is changed to the last 4 of your phone prior to your arrival so it's easy to remember. We had a small dog and she was welcomed. She loved having real grass to do her business in. Someone came by twice a week to make sure the "doggie presents" are cleaned up. The driveway is spacious and with the extra rock surface, there was lots of space for extra vehicles. Can't say enough about this home. You won't regret Linda's service or this house.

The property was great, beautiful home, large backyard for the boys. convenient location and great style. The rooms were nice and big. Linda had great suggestions for things to do during our stay. I would recommend.

Linda’s home was perfect for our last minute visit to Albuquerque. She was extremely helpful, accessible, and accommodating to our family. We felt very comfortable in the home with plenty of space for 11 of us.

Quick and friendly response to inquiry for special arrangements, beautiful property, well stocked with kitchen needs, warm and cozy and lots of fun hangouts. Host had lots of activities on premises (volleyball, fire pit with lots of seating for toasting s'mores, board games, bicycles for riding long the bosque) and lots of recommended activities in the community. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others.

If you plan to attend the Albuquerque balloon fiesta this is a great location for your stay. Very close to the park and depending on winds balloons may fly over the house.

This property offers a classy New Mexico experience. The neighborhood is high-end, but still maintains a rural New Mexico feel, and the property is tastefully decorated and exceeded our expectations.

We were very pleased with our stay here. I had inquired about horseshoes and volleyball. There was a net replacement before we got there along with corn hole, bean bag toss game because there isn’t a horseshoe pit. It was amazing! This property is very quiet, great place to walk, too. It’s extremely close to shopping and restaurants. Because of Linda’s hospitality, we hope to stay here again! It would be great for the balloon fiesta in October!

We were there for only a short stay, but the property was beautiful and very dog friendly. It worked for us very well. We loved the covered patio and patio furniture and there was enough room inside for our dinner guests. Comfortable rooms, great yard, good space. The property owner was very helpful during and after our stay.

Overall we had a wonderful time, the location is wonderful, Linda was very quick with communication when needed, the house was clean. A few suggestions based on our stay: the grill needs to be replaced, it does not work very well; the smoke detectors need to be cleaned, almost every time we opened the oven they went off due to the heat or steam, and the knives need to be sharpened or replaced. I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Beautiful home, beautiful area.

We stayed here for a family Christmas and loved it so much. The house was clean and decorated for the holiday when we arrived. The outdoor seating areas were so fun, the house is full of thoughtful details. As they were leaving, my cousin said “I’ll miss this house,” and it’s so true. We loved the hallway photos with the house history!
