A half-mile walk east brings you to the Arkansas River with hiking/biking on either side. Enjoy the 'Lawn' amphitheater & Surf Park at South Main, and the vast events/gatherings it holds throughout the year. The space Designed with rustic-modern finishes, the first floor boasts an open-concept 'Great Room' including a living room, kitchen, and dining area, alongside a powder room. The 'Great Room' lends itself to the entertainers of the world as a place to talk, laugh, drink, and eat. The second floor holds three bedrooms (1 King Room, 1 Queen Room, and 1 Bunk House with 4 Full beds). The queen and bunkhouse rooms share a full bathroom upstairs with a large bathtub, while the master suite has its own private full bath. Each room is equipped with a floor fan and/or ceiling fan (sometimes both) for airflow and white noise. We consciously used soundproof insulation between the walls to give our guests reassurance of a good night's rest. Parking - Plenty of parking for all guests on the street in front or in the back driveway off the ally. Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are possible. Please ask to see if they are available. Our family was all together to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday (to hike another 14,000 foot mountain) -- five adults and four children. The house was in a perfect location and accommodated all of us well. The property manager was excellent in communication. We will definitely stay there again.

A family wedding brought us to town and we rented both houses …. The location could not have been better. The backyard and patio was incredible. The house was clean. Layout was great. Fans were in every bedroom so we slept cool at night. We would stay here again!

This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Incredibly clean & comfortable. Quiet street. All of the amenities you hope to have. Subtle but important touches like tankless water heater so no worries of lukewarm showers. Great location for exploring BV >> short walks to restaurants, bars, shops, and the river. A short drive to rafting and dozen of trailheads including 14ers. Dan The Owner is super responsive. We will definitely book this home on our next trip to BV.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It's much bigger than it looks, and it's perfectly located near main street for easy walking distance to pretty much any kind of food or store you'd want.

We loved our stay. Dan was easy to work with and the home is beautiful. Laid out for a large family. My sons are both over 6ft tall and could sleep comfortably in beds.
The back yard is so relaxing and everything in downtown BV is a short walk away! Loved our time!!!!

The property was exactly as listed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We also rented the house next-door and were able to utilize both backyards to host all our family. The location right by Main Street allowed us to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this location and would definitely come back again.

Great location right next to Main Street. Large beautiful kitchen with space for gathering. Perfect getaway. I went with a group of adult friends, but would be awesome for a family since there are two bedrooms for couples and then a room with bunk beds.

Property was very clean, extremely well stocked, even supplied beach towels! Kitchen supplies more than a usual rental, laundry room a plus. Bunk room had 4 queen size beds! The home was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Ourdoor space an added plus. Check in and out seamless. Communication with owner prompt and positive. Cannot think of one negative! We will definitely rent again!

Perfect Location in BV
We had a wonderful time in BV with family. The house was perfectly located in town, around the corner from multiple shops and restaurants. It was also within walking distance to the river and hiking trails. I would highly recommend.

Great Rental in BV
The property is very clean and well-kept. We loved the lay-out as it is larger than it appears and is excellent for gathering in the kitchen and downstairs open areas. I have nothing but good things to say about the property. The view/location from the front door is not the greatest, but the overall location of the property is very convenient to downtown BV. Communication with the owner was excellent and the fastest I have experiences. We loved staying there and would readily do so again if we are in BV.

Great stay in the heart of downtown
Had a great stay in this house during our weekend trip to raft and hike. We enjoyed being right by all of the downtown shops, and just a short walk to the river. The house was new, clean, and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group of 6.

Amazing place!
This property is amazing! My wife and I kept commenting on how lucky we were to find this place; everything feels very new and top of the line. It really does seem like the owners spared no expense in building and furnishing this property. It is conveniently located a block off of Main Street, and we were able to walk to coffee, breweries, and restaurants. The back yard/patio is great and I know we would use it so much if the weather has been a little warmer. We hope that we are able to come back here again in the future.
