Situated in Treasure Island, this charming condo for $271 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Originally built in 1938, the Seahorse Cottages are a unique & historic Treasure Island beachfront experience. We bring you a perfect blend of new world sophistication blended with the old world charm of beach days gone by. With an total interior renovation in the Fall of 2022, these rustic cottages and apartments have all been updated, well maintained and all are equipped with new air conditioning units, kitchens, and an olde Florida feel that is hard to come by these days. If you’re looking for the modern conveniences of a newer building, this may not be the place, but if you’re looking for a special beach experience that is well maintained and clean, then there is no better destination than the Seahorse Cottages. theres not a better location on TI. across from Publix market, so handy. Close to everything, nightlife etc. It’s our 2nd time staying, it houses us five sisters very well. We had an issue that Itrips was happy to take care of, I was able to take care of the issue myself. We wouldnt hesitate to rent again. The owners or ITrip needs to have a convo. w the cleaning service. The cleaning fee is high and the owners are not getting the level of clean that price would dictate. We left it cleaner than it was left to us. The cleaning lady was Complaining to the guests how she hates her job. I suspect she’s giving less than her best due to whatever issue she feels is happening with the owner. One bedroom was left with no pillowcases on the pillows. I understand good help is hard to find these days. We still love the place though.

Had a blast during our trip. The house and space was very clean. A bit of a strange layout but all 8 of us fit just fine. The location is amazing offering beach access, grocery/ Publix store across the street and trolley access both direction just outside the door. Hope to stay here again in the near future.

Had a wonderful time in this unit. Everything was clean and plenty of propane for the grill. Had great neighbors during our stay and the huge inflatable water slide on the beach was a hit with the kids! Definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about the experience and the location. The place was clean and very unique. If there is one thing that would prevent me from going back with big group is the bathrooms. Really was not private area. If it was just y family, most definitely would stay there again.

The place was advertised. The layout was a little different as you have to access one of the bathrooms through one of the bedrooms if both of the bedrooms on that side of the house are occupied. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The house is close to many places to eat and visit. The main road is less than 20-30 feet from the bedrooms, traffic is a little noisy at night. Parking is a little tight if there are many people staying in the other units.

The Family Suite was a very unique and memorable experience. Conveniently located at the beach and across from a grocery store, perfect for picnicking in the courtyard. The kids loved all the beach gear that was available. The beach is very wide so make sure you have everything before heading out there. The free airport shuttle was so helpful for our group. Everyone had fun playing pac-man and sitting around the table playing games. Lightening struck nearby and knocked out the internet but Itrip Vacations was quick to respond and get it back online. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Very clean and beach towels were provided. We will definitely return.

Perfect location to beautiful and spacious beach and grocery store ( an easy walk across the street); comfortable, roomy, and convenient living conditions; excellent communication with management. We loved the cabin feel. Would most definitely rent again. Our two families (4 adults and 3 kids) tour this as one of our best vacations yet.

The Seahorse Family Suite cottage was absolutely wonderful for our family vacation! Everything was as advertised. A chic, cool cottage style home, clean, plenty of room, super location, close to activities and shopping, plus located right on the beach! We look forward to staying there again in the future!

The cabin layout was quirky, but we were there to enjoy a family reunion and a wedding, not to be persnickety. The beds were comfy. The location was fabulous with direct access onto the beach, close proximity to a grocery store, and a decent restaurant nearby. One shower didn't work well, so we just shared the one that did. It would be nice if there were more hooks and or shelves in the bathrooms, but again, we made it work. The living room was comfy for sitting around and talking. The dining room table was plenty big for the seven of us. The kitchen had all the appliances, cutlery, and dinnerware we needed - except for a toaster. The place could definitely use a toaster. There were plenty of towels - both bathroom and beach towels. There was a laundry room available just off to the side of our cabin, which was handy. One of the other cabins had an "outside shower" for hosing feet off after a walk on the beach. That was an unexpected convenience. We had two vehicles between the seven of us, so we asked permission to park an extra car in the lot. The manager kindly said we could use an adjoining space. Altogether, we had a wonderful long weekend and were grateful to have found such a quaint, convenient place!

Cottage is a-little outdated but the beach being just a short walk away made up for it! Air conditioning was not the greatest. Parking is a nightmare for anything bigger than a small car. All in all our family vacation was very enjoyable here!

Thought it was a house.
Location Location Location!! I really thought it was a house but it’s more like a motel where they knocked down some walls and connected them. The area worked well for the family but it was it was hot. The kids room did not have an a/c it was between two other rooms. The bed in the far right room was not comfortable so we blew up an air mattress and managed. Don’t get me wrong we would stay again the location was awesome. We will be better prepared by bring fans and other little stuff.
I can tell you it’s the only place with 5 bedrooms on the beach in that area that I could find. Liz and Charles have always been great host and we will be back next year as we have been for several years.

All about Location
It's centered in a great location! Access to Grocery, stores, and restaurants. The best is access to the beach. We walked out the beach and this was the best we saw. The cottage is older with a choppy layout, and there is a small kitchen and sitting area. I would say this is great for a large group, but not for those who desire a nice atmosphere. Cheap, great location, with beach access for those on a girls or couples trip!

Just ok
The location of this property is the best thing about it. The beautiful beach is right outside and it’s close to anything else you would want to do or see in the area, also right next to a grocery store so that is very convenient. The reason I gave it 2 stars is for those 2 things. The actual place is not great. It’s extremely small, the layout is very inconvenient, we had a day with rain and the ceiling leaked in 2 places, one place with a leak had a hole and was completely rotted out. Lots of spots on walls that were black, lots of dusty, gross corners and windows. Minimal kitchen space and appliances, we had frozen pizzas one night and had to go buy our own pans. Laundry is $3 per load and I feel that needs to be listed in the description so you can come prepared. Overall it was ok for what we needed but I wouldn’t book again.

Overall stay
A couple of things were not the same as picture. There is a firepit, but no wood. It is an older place and needs updating, but it was clean. We all had a great time and could all be together. Restaurants are close by.

Plenty of room for the whole family. Great location on the beach. Good old fashioned cabins! 👍🏻 Any questions or needs were handled promptly! Grocery store across the street and restaurants within walking distance.

It was a old cute cottage on the beach . Great location and walking distance to the beach. It was a quirky layout and lacked mirrors over the dresser. But it overall is was a great value for the money and would recommend to others and would stay again.

We had three generations in this rental and it worked just fine for us. 2 sets of grandparents, my husband, myself and 4 teens. There's some updating that could be done but nothing that hindered our stay. The location was nice and the beach was so close!!

Family Gathering On the Beach
Quaint and a throw back to cottages we stayed at on Cape Cod as children! The kitchen/living room area was accommodating to three married couples who stayed there. However, the rooms' layout was awkward at best and made getting ready a challenge- going through bathrooms and bedroom to get to other bedrooms. Certain details like not having a mirror in three of the five bedrooms and lights not working in some and kitchen was frustrating. It was great being right on the beach, having beach chairs available and having the picnic table area for gatherings were all plusses. Parking was also very convenient and location was supurb!
