Overall a nice place for all of us to gather. We happened to be there during the super hot weather, there is no AC, but fans were available and used. There was plenty of room for all of us, the deck was nice and we used the grill so we wouldn’t heat up the house. The house is next to a golf course so we were entertained by some players, although apparently the golf course is mowed everyday (@ 4:30 in the morning)! A few people in our group used some of the facilities and it was nice to have that option. It is a beautiful area and we all had a great visit!

Beautiful home and breathtaking view. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was very spacious but we were expecting 4 bedrooms and it only has three and the fourth was actually an office with a pullout couch which is not what we rented so the ad needs to be clarified that its not four actual beds. The checkin time says 3 but we weren't allowed to check in until 4. Also, i thought it was odd we had to water all the flowers and plants. I was on vacation and i didn't feel like it was my responsibility to water the landscaping because there was a lot of potted plants and they were pretty but thats not my responsibility and if it was something expected it also should have been told before booking and not a note left on the counter for me.

This is a two bedroom house with a huge master bedroom and a nice second bedroom with its own bathroom. The house is situated on the side of a hill next to the Sudden Valley Gold Course with views of the surrounding mountains and a peek-a-boo view of Lake Whatcom. The downstairs is a separate apartment occupied by a single woman and her two dogs who were very quiet during our stay. Sudden Valley has a marina, beaches, golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts (in poor condition) and a large dog park along the water. The house was comfortable and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The neighborhood has a suburban feel but was quiet. It’s a great getaway location.

It is all right there! Beautiful house, beautiful view, boat launch, beach and an off leash dog park for the best friend. Wonderful visit, wonderful time, relaxing and a spectacular view! Just right for our family weekend getaway!
