Nestled in Nelson County, this lovely condo for $229 per night is a great option for your next trip. This unit is located at The Ledges, just a five minute drive to the Mountain Inn. Mountain Dreams is a newly designed, phenomenal condo with amazing 180 degree views of Charlottesville, Lake Monocan, the UVA observatory and ski slopes. This two story condo is located at the highest elevation — a great location – just 8 miles to Devils Backbone Brewery and Bold Rock Cider. Walk across the street for stone fired pizza and beer at Fire and Frost. Stroll to the spa for a treatment or take the shuttle down to the Mountain Inn during the winter season. For skiers, we're a short walk to the Upper Wild Turkey ski lift. This condo provides two levels of comfortable living with a large bedroom and full bath on each floor and two fireplaces, including one in the lower primary suite. The lower primary suite has just been redesigned to ensure a wonderful sleep experience. A brand new Dreamcloud King size bed is in the lower suite with a queen in the guestroom. Professionally cleaned hotel-quality linens and towels. ACCESS This condo is a lower unit within a building. There's a long walkway typical of Wintergreen condos. There are three sets of stairs to gain entry into the unit. Once inside, there is flight of stairs leading to the lower level primary suite. ✷ Stocked kitchen (Keurig, coffee, pods, refillable pod, sugar, artificial sweetener, assorted teas, blender, mixer, waffle iron, griddle, crock-pot, assorted spices). During the summer season, guests have access to Lake Monocan. We offer free pool passes to Chestnut Springs pool (7-8 min drive) and Rodes Farm pool (in the valley). Tennis at Rhodes Farm, pickleball and the trout pond are open year-round. Everything was exactly as pictured/described, so there were no surprises! The sunrise view was absolutely beautiful. Great layout for a smaller family (2 parents 2 kids in our situation), and the ski in/ski out was great for my husband who is a more advanced snowboarder and able to ride the black diamond slopes. The owner was quick to respond to messages, & checked in often throughout the weekend! The restaurant across the street was really convenient and we were close to the pool which was so great with young kids. If you’re staying here, be aware that in the winter, the upstairs bedroom gets really cold (we had especially cold outdoor temperatures)! We had extra layers for the kids staying in there, so it worked out! The early check out time was tough because you have to turn the water off when you leave, which means the dishwasher cycle has to already be completed by the time you leave at 10am. Plan ahead if you stay here because this was tough for us! Regardless of the colder room and the early check out, we had a wonderful time and would recommend for other families.

We got there late Friday night and couldn’t see the view. The next morning as the fig lifted we were treated for the most amazing views. The sunrise Sunday was the most beautiful I’d ever seen.

Exactly as advertised, last minute decision for Presidents’ Day weekend. We usually stay down around Dobie or Eagle’s Swoop area so this was first time up near Highlands and it was convenient to everything!

Our family stayed for two nights and enjoyed skiing and hiking!!! Great views of the mountains and slopes and the place was perfect - very clean, very quiet, and the kitchen was stocked with new appliances! The kids stayed upstairs and we stayed downstairs!

The condo was amazing and so was the view! Easy check-in, extremely clean and well kept. Loved having the lower level deck to take the dog out when needed. The furnishings were very nice and the layout was ideal. Rebecca checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Will definitely be back!

We loved every second of our weekend here! It was the perfect size for our family group of three adults. The accommodations were comfortable, thoughtful, and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you’d need for delicious meals- we especially enjoyed the Belgian waffle maker. And the views! So incredible! We felt like we were up in the clouds. And it was especially nice to have two decks (one upper and one lower) to enjoy the scenery from. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time so much that we hated to leave. We’re already planning to return!

This was our first time at Wintergreen and had a fantastic time! We stayed with our 3 children and almost 2 year old lab.
The condo itself was very well furnished and had everything we needed. I really appreciated that all of the linens, towels, toilet paper, and even beach towels were provided. I also really appreciated the small details like providing a few Keurig coffee pods and the body wash & shampoo.
The views were the best part! Our favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony in the early morning or late evening and just soak in the view of the mountains. We even caught a rainbow after a passing thunderstorm.
The resort also had quite a lot to do! There are 2 pools and a nearby lake. Lots of hiking both in the resort and outside. We went to Charlottesville for the day and visited the Walton TV show museum. There are also several orchards within reasonable distance - we stopped on the way home and brought home some of the best peaches I’ve ever had!
Rebecca with 4 Seasons was amazing to work with as well. We had a mix-up with our check-in date and she went WAY above and beyond to help us. She also sent us several things that she thought our family might enjoy. We would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Wonderful and relaxing and memorable
Our first family ski trip was a major fail because of the unseasonal warm weather. Nonetheless, this rental made memories for a lifetime! The stunning views above the clouds will never be forgotten by our children. Excellent access to all resort accommodations. Looking forward to returning when there’s snow!

Spectacular Views
The condo was a delight. It was comfortable for 2 couples (the second bedroom has a full size mattress and bunks so a little cozy) and 2 dogs. It is well and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The views are sensational - it faces due east and the morning sunrises were only eclipsed (pun intended) by the full moon rising in the east over the mountains each evening.

Place is immaculate, great layout, very well kept. Incredible views!!! Especially sunrise every morning. The roku was great. Made a huge difference having a fully stocked kirchen and laundry. Would definitely stay here again.
