The property was nice and clean. Location was away from everything but close enough it wasn’t bad and it was very cozy.

Overall quiet, serene & nice deck with extra seating! + Peaceful decor in condo & plenty of room for our 3 adults & 2 children!🤗

Did some golfing, boat on table rock lake, shopping, silver dollar city harvest fest and top of thr rock golf tour. Had a blast. House was in good location and very cute!! Would rent again and hoghly recommend

Located right next door to SDC. Unit is directly across parking lot from pool. Newly updated. Quick drive into town and other activities.

My husband and I along with my in-laws stayed in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. However, my only complaint is there are no dressers in the bedrooms for your clothes. You either need to live out of your suitcase or use these tiny little wire racks in the closet (only three hangers to hang anything). Also, while this isn’t the fault of the owners the upstairs neighbors are LOUD. I wasn’t surprised as a lot of reviews mentioned this, but I was like… how bad can it be? It. Was. Bad. So bad my husband finally had enough around 11pm and banged on the ceiling. Luckily they stopped (for that night.) I guess the only silver lining to that is while you are laying there with what sounds like a herd of elephants upstairs the bed is super comfy!

This condo was the perfect location for our trip. It was just a hop skip and jump to the parking lot for SDC and our kids loved walking the trail down to the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely plan to return on our next trip!

This was a perfect little stay for 2 adults and two smaller boys. Just enough space for the time we were in in it. Super clean. We appreciated the extra blankets in the spare closet. The tvs in the rooms were super convenient and the check out process was simple. Over all it was a nice stay!

The condo was very nice! It had everything we needed! It was super close to Silver Dollar City which was perfect for our plans.

Unit was very clean and had modern decor. The main living space was a little chillier than the bedrooms, but the electric fireplace took the chill out of the air.

We booked this condo for a Wednesday-Saturday. Overall our stay was good. This condo is on the same street as Silver Dollar City which made it super convenient to get to and leave from. Having a code to access the condo is nice and that was communicated to us a few days before our trip. Two bedrooms, two baths, a nice living room and kitchen made our stay comfortable.
Wednesday & Thursday was really quite in the building but then on Friday others started moving into the building. We didn’t get much rest Friday night due to a barking dog above us. And when the people showed up, it sounded like they were stomping around up there for hours into the night. So I would suggest going during the week if you’re able to when it’s less busy.
There’s a binder on the counter with information about cleaning up, setting the temperature, texting upon checkout, etc. The first night we were there, I pulled the comforter back in one of the bedrooms & found blood & some unknown stain on it. The comforter went on the floor & I used a blanket from our vehicle. Upon checkout, I texted the number in the binder to let them know that they should have their cleaning people check the comforters for such things & it needed washed. I wanted to make sure that I didn’t get blamed for the stains. It has now been 19 days since we checked out & I never got one response from my text or the pictures I took.
I’m taken back because there is a cleaning fee & we took care of our checkout housekeeping items but for them failing to ensure that the comforters are clean is unacceptable. And to find blood on anything is just plain gross. The next time we are in Branson, we will stay someplace different.

We had a great time staying
At this condo! It was beautifully decorated and Clean! The beds and pillows were great, And we slept well! I was impressed with actually having Enough of the toiletries to last for our stay such as paper towels,
Toilet paper, Trash sacks, dishwasher packs, Etc. Lots
Of times with Condos you are offered the minimum. I appreciated that we had enough.
It was close to Silver Dollar
city which allowed us to come and go with ease and maximize our days at the park.
Only negatives are mainly just
FYI’s for condo owner-the freezer door kept wanting to open. The fridge seal was fine, But the freezer seal up top is weak. Can opener prob needs replaced, and top drawer of dishwasher needs the tracking looked at.
But honestly loved our time

Branson getaway
Nice property with pool and lake very close. SDC only a few minutes drive. The trails and lake being so accessible was a great bonus! Loved the porch too. Space was perfect for us. 3 teens, I adult. Would stay again

The condo was nice for the most part, my only complaints are that it didn’t feel super clean.. it wasn’t terrible but my feet were pretty dirty from walking on the floors. There were stains on some of the towels, blankets, and such which doesn’t mean they weren’t clean but it did make it feel more dingy. Also the king bed was not very comfortable and it was so bright in all of the rooms. Overall it was a good place for just a few nights though!

Beautiful unit
This is one of the most tastefully remodeled and decorated condos we’ve stayed in when in Branson. The unit was very well stocked, complete with shower necessities and laundry soap. The beds are comfortable, with the exception of the pull-out sofa, which feels like any other pull-out sofa. The deck space is huge and backs up to trees. Plenty of outdoor seating area. With the island and large dining table, there is plenty of dining space indoors. Living room seating is limited. If you are visiting SDC, you are literally a 2 minute drive away.
Our only complaints are directed at the resort and not this specific unit: paper thin ceilings—we could hear literally everything from the unit above us. Every footstep, conversation, and late-night toddler tantrum. It was so loud that our kids had trouble falling asleep and would be woken up during the night. Also, the pool is looking very run down. The water was so murky that you couldn’t see your feet. The walls look either very stained or like they have some sort of algae growing on them.
Overall, we’d definitely stay here and recommend to others.

We were pleased to see we had found a cozy and wonderfully decorated condo. Everything was up to par and better. The only issue we had was with the WiFi. We are both IT Sys Admins and we had a look at the router and rebooted it a few times. The router appeared to be dead. We chose to make due and enjoyed ourselves otherwise.

I never received an email or phone call regarding how to get in the Condo. I had go to Texas because my sister was taken by ambulance to the hospital on Thursday evening. I called someone at Indian Springs and told them that myself and my husband were not coming but my daughter and her husband were coming. They arrived but could not get in the Condo because we had not been sent the combination to the lock. I feel that my money should be returned to me because of this lack of communication regarding entrance to the condo.

The interior of this two bedroom condo is great. The kitchen and both bathrooms are recently updated and very nice. The exterior is a bit aged and the outside lighting was not working which made entry on the stairs somewhat unsafe. Overall, this is a nice condo very close to Silver Dollar City.

Good location. Bed was comfortable. Needs a new coffee pot but that’s small stuff. We had loud upstairs neighbors that was a negative but overall we would book here again.

It is a beautifully decorated condo. It was very clean & comfortable to relax after a busy day of adventures. A short walk led us to the lake with a rocky beach to skip some rocks and see a beautiful sunset. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was so convenient to have it right across the unit.
