We like the location. Staff is very friendly. Food was delicious.
Service issues like everywhere in Rwandan midrange options. No big deal. They make up for is with kindness and cappuccinos on the house. ;)

The lovely, large room in a private setting and with an amazing view on the lake and the volcanoes.

Staff were exceptional - especially Ivan the manager. Honest, highly customer oriented.
Food was delicious
Boat ride was beautiful and affordable.
Climbing up the hill to get to the property.
Flycatcher room did not have a mountain room because of trees.
Room was on the smaller side.
