The staff was kind, they let me check in early. They also changed my room from one that smelled to a better one with no odor after I informed them. Nearby lots of places I like.
The smell of the first room , but it was resolved.

First, the communication with the staff regarding my arrival and specific room request was excellent! They always responded politely and promptly plus I got the kind of room I wanted. Thanks! The room was also better than I expected. The bed was comfy, the shower had hot water, and it was clean. I also loved the location about 12 mins walking to the bus terminal and near a Dollar City, D1, and a chicken restaurant (Brosty Chicken).
I hated that shower. I'm a shortie and each time I stepped out I thought I would slip and fall as it's a wide entry/exit. Also, there was no hair dryer.

The room was clean, and the personnel friendly.
The room was small without an interior chain, and the front desk kept the key even when I was inside the room. I've never had an hotel do that before.
