The property is under 3 miles to the Overlook Barn wedding venue and ONLY 3/4 mile to Lake Coffey, Ski Beech. We do allow Pets, we do charge a nightly pet fee of $30 per pet , per night. If you are bringing pets, please advise us ahead of your reservation so that we can invoice you. Stairs to the loft are narrow and not suitable for those with mobility problems. = Sleeps 2 Bedroom 4 on the lower level has 2 queen beds with a dresser= Sleeps 4 Bedroom 5 on lower level has 4 twin beds (2 twin bunks) and a dresser = sleeps 4 Main house second full bathroom is conveniently located to both the secondary bedrooms and living areas. The 5 bedroom main house has a Iiving room with brand-new comfortable sectional, Cable HDTV, AC and wood burning fireplace. The dining room table seats 10 and 5 bar stools at the counter height kitchen peninsula. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need to cook meals, full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, pots, pans, cutting boards, utensils, knives, dishes, cups, storage containers, flatware and both a Keurig and conventional drip coffee maker. Coffee grinder and Hot Water Pot also provided. You must bring any consumable products. We have a roll of toilet paper in all the bathrooms to get you started. Bedroom six and seven are located in the attached ski cottage and share a cozy living room complete with a sofa & chair, Xbox 360, HDTV, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and WiFi. For added privacy, each bedroom can be individually locked out from the living room. Bedroom six (in the cottage) has a queen size bed, clothes closet, dresser and 4 piece en suite bathroom with double vanity & large shower= Sleeps 2 Bedroom seven (in the cottage) has a King size bed, HDTV, clothes closet, dresser and 3 piece en suite bathroom with shower = Sleeps 2 If needed for guests 19 & 20, the sofa in the Ski Chalet opens up to a queen bed. House and cottage include a Bluetooth Wireless Speaker and Dual Alarm Clock for Music Streaming w/ FM Tuner in each bedroom, Keurig coffee maker ,full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, HDTV, Wifi, hot tub and phone. You can use both the lower and upper outdoor deck, deck furniture and picnic tables. There is a propane grill located on each level. The cottage also has an Xbox 360 (games NOT supplied). Guest Access ________________ Location of the house requires 4 wheel drive in winter and walking down an outdoor flight of stairs from the parking area, down a short path, then up a flight of stairs. We do have a lot of stairs and salt is provided for you to de-ice them if needed. The house is not wheelchair accessible! We are not suitable for those with mobility issues. Guests will be provided with Schlage electronic door access codes. No keys to lose or misplace. Our estate is located on a city maintained gravel road, about 250 feet from the paved main road. We have homes on either side, but the house is positioned so that the neighbors have no view of your backyard sanctuary. The only neighbors you're likely to meet are the local deer and the occasional turkey, but please be respectful of our human neighbors as well, keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm.
