The staff was super friendly and they really helped me accommodate my family in the hotel. I truly thank them for the patience.
Nothing, I honestly cannot say anything bad about them

Close to where I had to be in Madrid.
This is not a hotel but a converted floor in a residential building. Street was very loud, so you couldn’t open the window for cooling. I only managed to get the ac to heat. Bathroom could have been cleaner. WiFi was very slow and basically unusable. Hallway had an unpleasant smell. No coffee or tea in the room.
