Positive points:
Baggage storage available before check-in (although it's outside and all but two of the storage locks were un-usable due to locked codes)
Cleanliness was very good, lovely bathroom, good facilities in general.
Location is okay, we were able to walk to Hakata Station without too much effort during our stay, although it was slightly tougher after checkout with all of our luggage.
Communication is very swift, we were able to be accomdated with a few requests and also booked and extra days stay and were able to stay in the same room.
I can't think of any real negatives to mention, the room is fairly cramped for larger people or people with a lot of luggage (like us!) but you would be aware of this upfront as you can see the room size when booking. As mentioned it's a bit of a walk for some people if you're looking to get to Hakata Station or that area.

Spacious, clean, modern, functional and great facilities including a small washing machine.
It’s a bit far from the city centre.

Unique container concept. Has creature comfort even equipped with washing machine (apparently not all rooms had it need to request)
A bit far from Hakata station
Has condensation problem possibly because it’s steel container
Need to consider some towel hangers in the shower area
