Nestled in Mesquite, this attractive house for $176 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Lounge on the backyard patio and enjoy the peaceful sunsets while you BBQ your favorite meal. Stay cozy warm with the built-in patio space heater. Whatever your day holds, this is Mesquite at its finest. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a fully appointed kitchen with Granite countertops, full size washer and dryer, 3 car garage and is beautifully decorated. Please call the office to insure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both. Mesquite offers 7 championship courses within 5 minute of each other, plenty of mountain biking, and walking trails throughout Mesquite deserts. Mesquite is also known for some of the best off road ATV's, going to the Grand Canyon in 3 1/2 hours, or just taking a run up to Flattop mesa for some of the best Mesquite view you�ll ever see. Explore the back country, hold family reunions, enjoy the Casinos, or great dining. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest. This beautiful home is ready for whatever adventure awaits you! Very comfortable and clean. Said it slept 8 but only had beds for 6.

I was delighted with the decor of the home. My pets were very peaceful and relaxed out in the yard as I read books, etc. I was a little frustrated as I originally seemed to have difficulty in communicating with vrbo/owners, etc. This might have been because this is the first time I have used vrbo. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I recommend it to friends.

Newer house that was perfect for our golf outing. Very easy to get to from anywhere in Mesquite. Grill and patio face east, making it perfect for late afternoon/evening enjoyment.
Note: It is recommended that some attention be given to the dishwasher. The filter may need to be cleaned.

The house was perfect. Centrally located in Mesquite. Close to casinos, food shopping, and golf.

Perfect for our needs, 4 adults and two young children. FYI - This does have a 3 car garage but cannot accommodate a tall pick up truck. The door is 7', not 8'. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and everything needed for cooking meals, although less pots and pans but a bit newer would have been nice. We were there in Nov. with nice weather but the electric heater on the back patio was very enjoyable. This is in a quiet neighborhood a bit above town but a close drive to anything in town. Nice parks with walking/biking trails just a couple of miles away.

We prefer to stay in a VRBO rather than a hotel (especially during these COVID times) since we utilize the kitchen as we eat every meal in. The kitchen had everything that a gourmet cook needs including an array of spices in the cabinet (which I didn't use as I brought my own since usually these are not provided). The bonus was having an extra refrigerator in the pantry, which was perfect to keep our drinks chilled. There were even dinnerware for a more formal dinner (which we utilized one evening)....matching placemats, cloth napkins and napkin rings, gold chargers and fancier looking plates too! Such a fun way to end our family celebration for our last dinner together.
There were plenty of linens available (again, brand new) and the sheets were so soft and comfortable! We all slept very well each night during our stay.
We are hopeful that we can rent this property again when we return to Mesquite next year!
PS - The ONLY thing I would suggest to add would be to mount a TV somewhere in the outdoor patio area as it would be nice to watch games outdoors (unless there is a noise ordinance against having TV's or speakers outside)
