Good location but no breakfast ,being a b&b I thought we would have one but there was a fridge and coffee maker
Was a bit pricey and had to be out by 9am

Close to the train station and easy to walk into the historic city centre.
9 am check out time felt a tad early, but I’m an early riser so not a huge issue.

Close to the station, cheap.
No self check-in. Check in time must be agreed and precise, owner is not nearby and has to show you how to get in and out. My train was late so i had to keep in touch with him and i was close to late checkout limit. I did it on time, he explained however why there's such a surcharge for late check-in. So, if you need maximum flexibility might not be for you.
