I had a wonderful stay at Riad Maison Aicha. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well looked after. They met me on arrival, helped me settle in, and even assisted me in getting a Moroccan SIM card, which was incredibly helpful and made my trip much easier. Their hospitality, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. The riad itself was comfortable, clean, and full of charm, providing an authentic Moroccan experience. I truly appreciated the personal attention and excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Riad Maison Aicha to anyone visiting Morocco and would happily stay there again

Good and cheap place for one night
Rooms didn’t have AC. In August it’s like an oven there

Said (the host) is an adorable, gentle and reliable guy. He is very responsive and always happy to help. He reached out to us days before our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. He speaks good English. He was the highlight of our stay. Truly adorable.
I also really liked the breakfast with eggs, msemen, mint tea, orange juice, cheese, and marmalade. I always looked forward to having breakfast in the terrace (the best part of the riad).
There is AC in the triple room.
Lovely cleaner, rooms are cleaned every morning, towels are washed and changed every morning.
There is a fridge available in the kitchen to store water/drinks.
You can book meals and transfers through Said.
The riad is located in a narrow street, near Pharmacie Marrakech.
The riad needs maintenance and repair.
We rented the triple room which doesn't really fit 3 people. It's suitable for 2 people maximum, and the wardrobe is quite tiny.
The room itself is quite dark, with one light not working. TV also not working.
The toilet is located outside of the room, and it made showering a stressful experience. The toilet and light switch are wobbly, the shower has low water pressure. Every time you take a shower everything gets wet.
The stairs are narrow, so the riad is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
Toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own.
Breakfast is the same everyday, there is no variety.
Riad is also not suitable to those sensitive to noises. You can hear people taking a shower, talking, going up and down the stairs, etc.
