Sehr schöner Garten, Pool sehr sauber, nette Vermieter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gerne wieder! Man sollte Katzen mögen, davon gibt es ein paar :)
Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet und im Badezimmer bräuchte man eine Trennwand oder so damit nach dem Duschen nicht das halbe Bad nass ist. Es war aber trotzdem sehr schön.

The garden is definitely outstanding, the pool area is surrounded by Mediterranean flowers, its a very peaceful and beautiful place ♥️😎, we loved !

The pool, the sea view and the garden terrace
Unfortunately, there were several important issues. The biggest problem was the parking situation. We travelled all the way from Romania by car and specifically chose this accommodation because the description stated that private parking was available. When we arrived, we discovered that there was no parking space available for us. The owner then explained that there are only 4 parking spaces for 6 apartments. Had we known this in advance, we would not have chosen this property. This may not be such an issue for guests renting a car locally, but when you travel a long distance with your own car, having the parking advertised in the description is very important.
There was also quite a lot of noise from guests staying on the upper floors, as well as an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom.
Another uncomfortable situation was when the cleaning staff entered the room while our child was still inside and simply started cleaning. Housekeeping should wait until guests have left the room or at least ask for permission before entering and starting to clean.
And, as the final unpleasant surprise, whenever the balconies on the upper floors were being washed, all the dirty water would pour down onto the table on our terrace. This was extremely unpleasant and made the terrace practically unusable at those times.
