Roso and his wife were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Palermo market in the hustle and bustle close to everything by walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Only difficulty was finding the the place, maybe instructions can be a bit better for non Italians

Very close to Via Maqueda with restaurants and bars. Rosario and his wife were super friendly and the rooms were all clean with fresh linen and the breakfast was great overlooking Chiesa del Carmine Maggiore. Take the a lift around the left hand side when you enter and it'll take you to the 6th floor and the B&B. Visit Stuzzicando pizzeria for great food and ambience! The b&b is a convenient 10 min walk to the train station.
This is not something that the b&b can be blamed for! We arrived late on a Thursday night at rush hour and our gps wasn't responding well due to narrow streets and high buildings and the street market was really busy - our rental car kept trying to take us down tiny roads and we kept getting sworn at by market stall owners! Take a deep breath and keep asking people nearby for directions as they were all very helpful!

Great location. about 5 minutes walk to the train station and to the town centre. Amazing views from the balcony!!! Very personal breakfast with savoury and sweet options. View from the terrace - 10 out of 10. It does have a lift to the property!!! Rosario provides very welcoming and personal touch to the stay. Do visit Palazzo dei Normanni and coastal town Cefalu if you can. Thank you so much for everything!!!

perfectly clean, comfy beds, and amazing views from the terrace
unlike we have read in previous reviews, we unfortunately only met the lady briefly, so we missed out on the warm welcoming experience others mentioned. the kitchen was our of order all the time, so no breakfast was provided.
