locación was perfect and the suites was big I got 3 of the suites for all my husbands family as a gift trip and the love it

I did not like the lady who was on charge she was rude and make my guest feel uncomfortable

Family stay in Zihuatanejo

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for us. Close to everything...the beach, the restaurant, shops, Spanish school, market... everything right on the doorstep! The apartments are fantastic...very spacious with three double bedrooms (perfect for us and our two boys), great kitchen facilities and a space for us to eat together. My uncle and mother in law stayed in an apartment at the front which was perfect for them as it had a balcony perfect for people watching and allowing them to sit outside and read. The staff are lovely...very friendly, welcoming and helpful and always smiling! (Especially Santa!) We'd definitely stay here again!!

Very good

Close to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. When you close the windows and your bedroom doors at night it is pretty quiet. Front to the street can be noisy. Nice view of the hill on the other side.

They need to upgrade their sign outside. Hard to read. One way street leading up to it. Taxi’s find it hard to find. Can be a little noisy into the night. LiKe so many bathrooms in Mexico you can smell the sewer gas coming up from the drains.

Great value for a large 3 bedroom place!

Very spacious and roomy. I had 3 private bedrooms! I also appreciated the 2 water bottles as well as a 5 gallon water jug they provided. They also gave me separate towels for each bedroom.

A few times the room keys didn't work, but luckily they brought me new ones every time. Thankful to the woman at the restaurant below the hotel for helping me contact hotel when my keys didn't work.

I just want to say thank you to all the stuff because everybody was ver friendly your team extent!

Yes we will love to have an iron, blender, sponge little clot and soap to wash and clean it doesn't have to be big it can beat something very small. But, I do wanna say thank you! with your staff everyone was very nice and friendly in every time we needed something they were right there right away You have a very good team thank you so much to all your staff!! They clean everyday They asked if everything was OK It's small but it's very neat place in a good location. It doesn't need a lot to be a very good place to stay I will love to recommend it Especially because everybody was was very nice and helpful. On my behalf can you please say thank you to everybody of your staff.

First time in this area

It was such a great location. Everything is within walking distance if you don’t have a rental. Plenty of taxis around too if you wanted to go further. We had a rental so it made things a lot easier although it wasn’t needed much. They also had limited parking on site which was nice. Either way the staff will accommodate. Everyone was super kind and everything was maintained very clean! Would definitely recommend this area and Isabel Suites! Each room also has an AC unit and a fan so that was really nice!

Great value and location

We were so happy with the apartment, right in town, half block to the beach, 3 blocks to the Mercado, close to everything. The place is immaculate with all new appliances, great WiFi and ac. We were in the back on the third floor you have a view of the bay but no balcony. This will be my first choice for Zihuatanejo because of value comfort and convenience

Maybe a frypan, though I’m sure Santa would have gotten us one if we’d asked.
