Super well located, and we had basically everything we needed (a washing machine would be an incredible extra touch though)
Communication was a bit tough at the beginning: no one responded to our messages prior to arrival about check in nor was there when we arrived. We had to call (from our foreign number). But that was it really the rest was lovely

The positives... The apartment is nice and new, modern and clean. The on-site manager, Angelique, is lovely and very helpful, she was responsive when we had questions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds and linens are new and comfortable. Heating worked well, we were cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. The town is quite small and the apartment is central so everything was easily walkable (restaurants, groceries, bus station, and all the main hiking trail heads). Bathroom facilities and shower were pretty good.
The booking was to be paid at the property and the listing was worded such that we understood the property took payment is USD and could be paid with credit card. After arriving we were given the option to pay USD in cash only or in local currency exchanged at an informal rate (were told it was the official bank rate but information online clearly showed it was not, but we were told it was the only rate they would offer). Our cost for the stay ended up being notably higher than the quoted amount. Had these policies been clear in the booking, we'd have either chosen a different place or come prepared to pay a different way. Exchange rates in Argentina are a little weird, but we were not happy to be surprised at the property like this. We couldn't walk away and find another place because of the non refundable cancellation policy.
About the apartment itself, there is no sofa or living room, hanging out at the kitchen table is not very comfortable. The wifi routers are in central locations, the apartment itself did not have a dedicated router. As a result the wifi connectivity was inconsistent and slow when it connected. It's not a hentai service issue because all the restaurants in town had great internet. We were not able to use our normal streaming services. Our mobile data kept kicking in when the wifi connection flickered in and out and we ended up using a fair amount of mobile data while there. We needed to do laundry while there but they weren't able to supply a drying rack so we had to hang laundry over chairs and coat hooks.
