NÃO ALUGUEM

O que salvou um pouco foi o espaço ser razoável e ter um ar-condicionado em um dos cômodos. Fora isso, não tem muito o que destacar de positivo

Não aluguem esse lugar, sério. As fotos do Booking são uma mentira completa – o que entregam é um imóvel sujo, mal cuidado e cheio de problemas. Tudo estava sujo: geladeira com sujeira e ferrugem nos respiradouros, piso manchado, vasos sanitários com restos pretos no escovão, suporte de toalha cheio de corrosão verde, luminária do teto mal instalada e suja. Teias de aranha em todos os cômodos e infestação de formigas e outros insetos. Impossível ficar tranquilo. Ainda teve água caindo do ar-condicionado, barulho de batida constante que tornava impossível dormir, e nem ar-condicionado tinha na sala. A administração é um horror: impossível resolver qualquer coisa. Ainda cobraram taxa de limpeza (sendo que o lugar já veio sujo) e se recusam a devolver as diárias. Péssima experiência do início ao fim. Evitem.

O apartamento é excelente. Silencioso e tranquilo, ótimo para descansar e se divertir. Pertinho da praia, com fácil acesso pé na areia. Recomendo para viagens em família, amigos ou casal. O condomínio conta com parquinho, campo de futebol, rede de vôlei e piscina. Um dos melhores apartamentos que já ficamos. Muito bom!!!

O apartamento é excelente. Silencioso e tranquilo, ótimo para descansar e se divertir. Pertinho da praia, com fácil acesso pé na areia. Recomendo para viagens em família, amigos ou casal.
