The room is spacious even for 3 persons.
There are no amenities in the toilets, there isn’t any hooks or bars in the toilet for you to hang towels or your toiletries. The smell of the toilet in the room was strong when we entered.
The staff who picked us up on our arrival seemed new to karuizawa, and disinterested to answer questions. The receptionist seemed new as well and wasn’t able to answer basic questions like where to find good F & B. Her answer is karuizawa station. The room keys didn’t function and she was not able to reset the key card. For the price we paid - almost US$1,000 for 2 nights it is not value for money.
