Formally staff, scenic views, comfortable rooms, safety and isolation
Just their tea. And location is a bit challenging as one has to ascend the height to reach it. But the destination is as beautiful and worth staying. It's good that it's away from the city's hustle bustle but it will become a task to reach here if the town runs out of ALL the rented scooty.

The whole place is very wholesome. The staffs are well mannered and friendly. We ended up having great conversations with the two people running the property.
This also is on the way to the take-off site for paragliding so the agency generally picks you up from the hotel itself which it does not usually do for other hotels.

Cleanliness
No washroom Chappals, Room Heater, Chairs/Sofa, Electric Kettle, Shampoo, etc like basic facilities in a Room costing Rs3000/night. Carrom, Pool table, etc entertainment options available at other hostel chains can be provided too.
